160 Henry Street

160 Henry Street is a vintage prewar building, built in 1924 and one of only four continuously operating prewar coops in Brooklyn Heights.The building is located in central Brooklyn Heights convenient to four subway lines, gourmet restaurants and easy shopping.

NYE provided professional mechanical engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of installing a ductless mini split system with the condenser in a window.
