Various thermal and energy efficient MEP upgrades were installed throughout the high rise apartment building, which features apartments of various sizes (studios as well as one, two, and three bedrooms), a contemporary fitness center, high-end appliances, private outdoor space, washer and dryers, on-site parking, and a common rooftop patio that boasts a panoramic view of the Manhattan skyline.
Work included code compliance issues and ADA accessibility upgrades. The corridor exhaust was converted to corridor supply. The work was intelligently phased to allow construction to proceed in the occupied apartment building.
