Blue Cross Blue Shield Vertical Expansion

Infrastructure associated with addition of 24 new floors (800,000SF) to an existing building.  Work included ensuring new systems and equipment blended seamlessly with existing building and providing core and shell for future office tenants. This project was performed by Chicago Engineers Principal while at a previous firm.
