NYE provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 18,000 ft2 office building – Flushing Bank shall occupy the first floor and cellar and shall be designed as per exhibit A in the landlord’s work letter. The second through fifth floors shall be designed as whitebox office space for future tenant fitout. HVAC system shall be unducted VRF system. New water and electric service shall be included.
