NYE provided engineering services for the existing conditions survey and report. The proposal entailed examining existing conditions in the 1,500 ft2, first floor plus cellar restaurant space. Survey examined MEP/FP systems for code compliance, and submitted a report detailing any existing issues and suggestions to bring space up to code compliance.
