NYE provided professional sprinkler engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of creating demolition drawings for the sprinkler, mechanical, and electrical systems covering 26,000 ft2 of the 15th and 16th floors, as well as temporary sprinkler loop drawings for filing. It also entailed sprinkler demolition drawings for the approximately 500 ft2 on the 17th floor and removal of the rooftop AC unit.

We have provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. Our proposal was based on the correspondence with our office on 06-02-2016. The project consisted of renovating the office space on the 4th and 5th floors. Complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and sprinkler drawings suitable for filing and construction for the area shown in building 3 in the attached drawings. The new sprinkler system has been coordinated with new structural openings designed by others. Radiators shown removed or replaced to coordinate with openings.
