How We Helped HSA Office

NY Engineers provided professional MEP/SP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 9,800 ft2 office space encompassing half of the entire 12th floor. The existing HVAC systems were kept. The public bathrooms with existing rough-ins remained as it is. The space included private executive offices with private bathrooms, conference rooms, lunchrooms, and an open space technical/media office.
