Responsibilities:
ECS is seeking an individual with experience in lighting retrofits to serve as Lighting Auditor of a growing company. The Lighting Auditor conducts facility surveys to ensure accurate, quality assessments of our clients’ needs. By working collaboratively with the Development and Sales teams, the Lighting Auditor produces initial site surveys, gather digital photos, provide verbal and written analysis of each facility and inputs data into our energy assessment tool to provide a proposal for the sales team to present to customers. The Lighting Auditor reports directly to the Director of Project Development.
- Complete accurate and quality building site surveys including but not limited to detailed measurement notes, (ceiling height, square footage, etc.) as well as the environmental conditions (lighting, energy controls, etc.)
- Work positively and collaboratively with Project Development and Sales Management teams to provide accurate scopes of work to sales team and administration. Perform client walk-through as needed in order to ensure projects matched the client’s vision and goals
- Perform accurate and timely pre, on-site, and post installation audits detailing any/all missed items as needed
- Assist with inventory management as needed
- Travel to site locations to perform audits as needed
- Promote safe work practices and safe working conditions in accordance with all Federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications:
- Lighting auditing experience required (3+ years)
- Lighting upgrade experience preferred (3+ years)
- General lighting, electrical, and control systems experience a plus
- Previous inventory management experience a plus
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to learn and use company software programs / apps to complete work as necessary

Description:
- Organize, prepare, submit, track all submittals, and contract communications.
- Review and understand all contract general conditions, work scope, specs, drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.
- Oversee, manage, and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.

Position Summary: MEP Project Manager for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection
Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP related activities throughout all phases of preconstruction and construction for multiple projects
- Manage a team of 15+ engineers to ensure their design and quality is code compliant, follows the client and architect's requirements, follows the client's budget intents, and follows the client's schedules

Key Responsibilities:
Overall Focus:
- Decarbonization feasibility studies and energy retrofit studies for existing buildings
- Perform ASHRAE Level I, II and III, and Local Law 87 energy audits and retro commissioning
- Work closely with the client and other design team members, including owners, architects, and contractors
- Perform excel calculations, cost-benefit, and financial analyses for projects
- Create building-wide energy reduction plans by conducting energy use analyses of building and facility systems using analytical tools
- Leverage potential utility rebate, financial, and loan initiatives to support project implementation
- Selection and specification of appropriate equipment
- Prepare electrical construction documents including drawings, specifications, and reports for buildings
- Review electrical documents for areas of conflict with all building systems
- Experience working with cross-discipline teams and or remote teams to execute the project
- Experience working with cross-discipline teams and or remote teams to execute the project
- Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and telecommunications plans including all associated circuitry, details, one-line diagrams and specifications
