This type of career acceleration is unheard of in the MEP Engineering Industry. Your mission is to manage your MEP Engineering Team and execute quick, affordable, drama-free construction projects. You will be directly paired with a Principal assisting in all Principal level actives.

Responsibilities:

• Be Awesome!
• No drafting (you are too valuable for this, Revit and cad will be prepared by your team)
• Lead a global team of 5 engineers
• Coordinate drawings between trades
• Schedule tasks for your team on our cloud-based system
• Interface directly with clients at a meeting, on the phone, and by email
• Survey construction sites for MEP systems
• Write proposals to clients for new projects
• Bill clients for current work
• Win new MEP engineering projects from inbound inquirers
• Directly assist the Principal daily
• Design review for code compliance, lowest construction cost, change order prevention

Personal Growth:

You are soon to graduate or have graduated already with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. You are in the top 30% of your class and have a thirst for learning. Similar to the special forces, you will be joining an elite engineering team, lean, agile, with big capabilities. You develop technical expertise, an understanding of MEP design, and the business side of engineering as well. You will become an expert at leading design and construction teams.

We are looking for freelance MEP consultants with 5- 10 years of experience.

• Experience in Surveying and Inspection
• Should have a strong experience in Autocad. Revit (preferred)

Excellent opportunity for an engineering major to gain experience in the MEP engineering field. This internship can lead to a full-time position. The candidate will participate as a team member in the technical development of schematic, design development, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration for NYC building projects. Candidate must:

• Be efficient in AutoCAD
• Be efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have a good work ethic
• Previous experience with architectural engineering design is a plus

Objectives of this Role:

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Experience in the US market is important.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
• Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
• Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule posts in advance for optimal timing and consistency.
• Monitor and engage with the organization's social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with followers.
• Track the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and create reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, industry news, and best practices to inform content creation and strategy.
• Research and use relevant hashtags to increase the reach and discoverability of social media posts.
• Analyze the social media presence and strategies of competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Basic graphic design skills can be beneficial for creating visually appealing content.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns or contests.
• Learn and assist with paid social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad content and monitoring performance.
• Optimize social media profiles and posts for search engines (e.g., using relevant keywords).
• Monitor social media platforms for mentions of the organization or relevant keywords and report any relevant trends or issues.
• Share industry-related news, articles, and content from other sources that are relevant to the organization's audience.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the organization's social media strategy and content.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as the marketing team, to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.
• Continuously learn about social media marketing and attend training sessions or webinars to improve skills.
• Ensure that all social media activities adhere to the organization's policies and guidelines, including legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Generating organic backlinks from different websites by reaching administrators and site owners.
• Reviewing and analyzing NY Engineers site for areas that can be improved and optimized.
• Preparing detailed strategy, ranking and visitor reports (GA4, other SEO tools).
• Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
• Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.
• Filling websites and other content with effective keywords.
• Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts.
• Developing link building strategies- article/directory submission, PR, commenting and link submission.
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
• Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines.
• Creating ad copies, managing budget and Google Ads reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience- 2+ years in organic link building.
• Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO.
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Familiarization Google analytics.
• Experience with website optimization tools.
• Education- Bachelors/Masters preferred.
