NYE provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 10,000 ft2 white box space. We provided the landlord’s work for code minimum occupancy of the building and connection points for future tenant fit out.

Approximately 2000 sf of ground floor apartments and cellar space was renovated into commercial tenant white box space for future tenant fit out. A new gas service was brought to the building for tenant use. The tenant had separate gas and electric meters. Existing electric service remained. A new garbage compactor was vented per code.
