How We Helped Tarrytown Dorm

NY Engineers provided professional MEP/FA engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the 6 story, approximately100,000 ft2 dorm space in Tarrytown. Existing sprinkler system was reused as-is. New mechanical system was designed with new units throughout. New electrical distribution system was provided throughout. Emergency power was reused as-is. Modifications to existing domestic hot water plant were included in mechanical design. Domestic hot water was constructed in phases to minimize disruption.
