NY Engineers provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 4,000 ft² health center. This entailed adding ducted returns in 6 exam rooms per DOH requirements, as well as new DOH approved receptacles, 7 new sinks, and new IT drops. Supply air was redistributed through the new layout. Negative air pressurization was added for soil and lab rooms. New AC unit for IT room and condensing unit on the roof were added. Existing toilets and janitors exhaust remained as it is.
