Project Information

Designed in 1927 by James E.R. Carpenter, the leading architect of luxury high-rise residential buildings during the early 1900s, 812 Park Avenue is considered a New York City architectural gem. Standing 14 stories high and emphasizing natural light and city views with its many windows, the building won the gold medal from the NYC Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for best new residential building of that year.
