NY Engineers provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 17,000 ft2, 3 floor plus cellar storage building into mixed use retail and office space. This will include: mechanical engineering design consulting related to individual heating and A/C systems for both retail & offices; complete electrical service and distribution for the building services and retail & offices; complete plumbing design; new sprinkler system for the entire building; general consulting with the architect regarding strategy for integrating the required MEP/FP systems. Retail space shall be designed as white box space for fit out by future tenant.
