NYE provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 30,249 ft2 office, 20,000 ft2 lab, and 150,000 ft2 manufacturing and warehouse. Work was done in Building 19 and 20, on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
New York Engineers was involved with the designing of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the renovated glass washing and sanitizing room. The biological laboratory serves for students and researchers, and as a teaching facility.
