Renowned for its teaching, international think tank, World Policy Institute, Parsons School for Design (the university’s highly competitive art school), and as the host of the National Book Awards, the school has cultivated an atmosphere that encourages individuality and enlightenment.
New York Engineers performed a renovation of the HVAC system including a new relocated 30 ton rooftop unit to rectify a noise violation. We also upgraded the HVAC system to the theater space and classroom spaces; fire alarm and smoke purge systems were upgraded.
New York Engineers was involved with the designing of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the renovated glass washing and sanitizing room. The biological laboratory serves for students and researchers, and as a teaching facility.
At New York Engineers, we search for simple, eloquent solutions to complex problems. We minimize construction costs by eliminating the extraneous and focusing on the overall efficiency for the most streamlined designs.
