We have provided professional MEP/FA engineering consultation services for the renovation. Our proposal is based on the drawings sent and correspondence with our office on 07-5-2016 The project consists of renovating select spaces within the 2 story, 9,000 ft2 facility. MEP/FA renovations shall be designed to reflect new floor plan – new rooms included shall be lockers, soiled holding room, precepting room, storage, nurse manager and practice administration area, waiting room, and clean room, as well as other areas within the existing space. Space shall undergo DOH review.
