NY Engineers performed an MEP/S renovation throughout the two-story Skinworks Dermatology office.
Sprinklers were added throughout the mezzanine, exam rooms, and business areas of the space, and a new ducted mechanical system, with a split system for the lower floor was added. In addition, an existing sewage pipe was buried in order to increase the aesthetics of the office. The entire space underwent DOH review.
