Part of spice giant McCormick & Company, Zatarain’s helps cooks bring authentic New Orleans flavors home to their kitchens. Its line includes Cajun and Creole spices, rubs, seafood boils, and ready-to-serve items such as gumbo, red beans and rice, and jambalaya.
New York Engineers provided M/FP engineering services for the brand’s New Orleans building. The warehouse and lab facility contains food processing, dry ingredient storage, labs, and office space. A peer review of the building’s HVAC system was conducted, and sprinkler systems were designed to FM Global specifications.
