640 West End Avenue – Existing Conditions Assessment and ReportThis attractive 12- story grey brick building is easily recognizable for its lush ivy covered facade. The exterior also features a 3-story rusticated limestone base and lovely limestone decorative balconies. It was built in 1912 and converted to a Condominium in 1986. The homes have very distinguished architectural details from the era including 10 foot ceilings, very elaborate plaster moldings and room wood paneling’s, long hallways and stunning parquet floors with intricate borders.
We provided engineering consultation services for the existing conditions assessment and report. This entailed a full site survey to determine condition of existing MEP equipment and a written report detailing existing conditions and suggestions for any repairs necessary.
