The Carlton Regency at 137 East 36th Street is a 26 story, 210 unit cooperative converted in 1979. The Coop is adjacent to the Murray Hill Historic District. It is 98% owner occupied.
We provided professional mechanical engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of replacing the 25 ton split level HVAC unit. All existing duct work were reused. Floor plans were provided to New York Engineers.
