Hudson View Gardens is a cooperative apartment complex located on Pinehurst Avenue and Cabrini Boulevard in the near vicinity of West 183rd and 185th Streets, located in the Hudson Heights subsection of the Washington Heights neighborhood Manhattan, New York City. It overlooks the Hudson River to the west and Bennett Park – which includes Manhattan's highest natural point – to the east. The complex was constructed as a housing cooperative from 1923 to 1925. In 2016 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places
New York Engineers did the gas leak survey for the building at 116 Pinehurst. Gas service to the G building at 116 Pinehurst had been shut down by Con Ed. The plumber found and fixed the gas leak. CAD floor plans were provided.
We provided professional engineering consultation services for the construction of a new seven story building comprised of ten residential units. An ultra-efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System was utilized.
New York Engineers was involved with the recent residential renovation of the property’s lobby, forecourt, storage and retail space, corridors, common areas, and snow melt system.
