Built in 1908, the Chelsea Mercantile was a “woolens building” where fabric was manufactured. Later becoming the Veterans Administration Building, post-World War II, it is now the beautiful and grand prestigious condominium “The Chelsea Mercantile.”
We provided MEP professional consulting engineering services for the gut renovation. The project consists of renovating the 1000 sq. ft. apartment. The apartment underwent minor architectural layout changes. The AC unit was reused.

We provided professional engineering consultation services for the construction of a new seven story building comprised of ten residential units. An ultra-efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System was utilized.
