WE provided professional plumbing engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of splitting the existing high pressure gas service into two duplex regulator assemblies – one high pressure and one low pressure. The new high pressure serves the DHW boilers only. The new low pressure service serves the residential apartment building. Con Ed interface and DOB filing was provided by New York Engineers.
