We provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the gut renovation. The project consists of a full MEP/FP renovation of the approximately 50,000 ft2, 4 floor plus cellar commercial space. All space was designed as a commercial white box space for future tenant fit out. Only one issue of drawings was included.
