Retail Renovation and Expansion Planned At 399 Knickerbocker Avenue. The structure will be expanded and transformed into a 42,500 square-foot commercial building, featuring six retail units — three on the ground floor, followed by two on the second floor and one on the third.
We provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 9,000 ft2 white box space. We provided the landlord’s work for code minimum occupancy of the building and connection points for future tenant fit out.
