Columbia University | Renovation

Columbia University, founded in 1754, is the oldest institution of learning in New York State and fifth oldest in the United States. It is located in Upper Manhattan, in Morningside Heights and occupies 32 acres. Columbia is organized into 20 schools, and administers the Pulitzer Prize annually.

NYE helped to provide professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of upgrading eight ADA bathrooms in multiple buildings. Scope of work was limited to inside the bathrooms.

Consultation services were provided for the following buildings:

-Green Annex

-Hogan Hall

-Pulitzer Hall/Journalism School

-Pupin Hall
