Van Cortlandt Green was designed in order to fully accommodate the needs of their senior residents, ensuring both their full safety and independence. NY Engineers delivered the project plans in Revit.

How We Helped

NY Engineers provided professional MEP/FP services to a new 11-story (plus cellar) senior housing center, equipped a brand new community center, 82 residential apartments and all new utilities (water, gas, electric, sewer, backflow preventer).
