Built in 1929 by renowned architect Rosario Candela, this Pre-War Co-Op building is built with 92 apartments that overlook lower Fifth Avenue and many landmarked churches. At the very top of the 15-story building is a landscaped rooftop that boasts beautiful views of the Village. Located in what is known as the “Gold Coast,” it is a highly coveted neighborhood with many celebrity residents and is surrounded by a high concentration of historic townhouses and co-ops. It is also within walking distance to SoHo, meatpacking district, Chelsea, and Flatiron.
