Built in 1907, it has been a National Historic Landmark since 1986. Throughout the course of its existence, it has become known to be synonymous with luxury and is often referenced in popular culture as the setting for many books and films.

How We Helped The Plaza

We provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sprinkler professional consulting engineering services for a private residence in the iconic Plaza Hotel. The project consisted of a gut renovation of the space and involved alterations of the HVAC and the addition of full sprinkler coverage.
