NY Engineers provided professional mechanical engineering consulting services for the renovation of the approximately 4,000 ft² apartment. The scope included upgrading the mechanical system with a new 3–4 ton condenser, adding two to three new air-conditioning units, incorporating a motorized backdraft damper for the kitchen exhaust, and extending cooling to the pantry.
