Project Information

NY Engineers participated in the comprehensive renovation of 86 Clinton Street, a pre-war, five-story residential building with a basement. The basement level is configured for both retail and residential use, with two retail tenants on the ground floor and the lower levels of two duplex residences located toward the rear.

How We Helped 86 Clinton Street

Above the ground floor, the remainder of the building is fully dedicated to residential use. The first floor contains the two duplex units that extend down into the ground floor, while floors two through five each accommodate four apartments. As part of the renovation, the existing oil-fired boiler was replaced with a high-efficiency gas-fired boiler, and new gas service was brought into the building.
