Jennings Residence

Project Information

Built in 1924, the building is an architectural gem, as it was designed by Harvey Corbett of Helme & Corbett Architects, one of the three firms hired to design Rockerfeller Center. With a rooftop garden, rounded Juliet balconies, and double height windows, it is home to several notorious residents such as Chris Noth and designer Jonathan Adler.
