We provided MEP/FP professional consulting engineering services for the renovation. Approximately 10,000 sf of space was renovated on the ground floor and cellar. The existing restaurant was renovated into the high end 22-13 based on its original St. Petersburg, Russia location. The construction cost was estimated to be $1.1M.
