How We Helped MANITOU LEARNING CENTER

NY Engineers provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the 16,000 ft2 building with 3 floors. The majority of the renovation occurred on the 1st floor of 9,000 ft2, the 2nd floor of 1,500 ft2 was shut off and untouched, the mechanical cellar of 6,000 ft2 was reused with minor modification. The Building was an inn and was converted into a K-4 school with plans to expand grades each year. Kitchen, toilet exhaust, and ventilation were provided. Heating was reused. Air Conditioning wasn’t designed. .
