The building is a cooperative, owned jointly with the City, which houses various offices on the upper floors. The basement and street levels are privately owned.
We provided professional sprinkler engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the sprinkler system in 55,000 ft2 of office space across 5 floors of the 15 floor building. This entailed sprinkler design for DOB filing and shop drawings including seismic pipe hangers from terracotta and concrete slab.
