HOW WE HELPED COMMUNITY ACCESS
We would be delighted to provide professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the construction. Our proposal is based on the drawings sent and correspondence with our office on 02-22-2016. The project consists of full MEP/FP engineering consulting services for the new 200,000 ft2, 12 floor mixed use building. Floors 1 and 2 shall consist of retail, office, and healthcare space, and shall be designed as white box space for future tenant fit out. Floors 3-12 shall be designed as residential space. Residential lobby space shall be on the ground floor, community space on floors 2 and 9.
