New York Engineers worked on downtown Brooklyn rentals renovation site for professional MEP and sprinkler protection engineering consultation services. The project consists of renovation of two existing apartment buildings in Downtown Brooklyn. A 4-floor plus cellar building, measuring approximately 4,500 ft2 was converted into 4 residential rental units and a 3-floor plus cellar building, measuring approximately 5,000 ft2 was converted into 2 residential rental units with a white box commercial tenant on the ground floor.
We provided professional engineering consultation services for the construction of a new seven story building comprised of ten residential units. An ultra-efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System was utilized.
New York Engineers was involved with the recent residential renovation of the property’s lobby, forecourt, storage and retail space, corridors, common areas, and snow melt system.
