NY Engineers provided professional Mechanical engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 14,000 ft2 roof. This entailed roof insulation design showing construction supports and minimal thermal bridging including design and specifications. Construction was limited to the roof with minimal disturbance to guest rooms.
We provided professional engineering consultation services for the construction of a new seven story building comprised of ten residential units. An ultra-efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System was utilized.
