Fareed Zakaria, a renowned journalist and author, hired New York Engineers to consult a project that involved an extensive renovation due to water damage sustained during Hurricane Irene. Zakaria is well known for his reporting on international relations, trade, and American foreign policy, as Host of CNN’s Fareed Zakaria – Global Positioning Square, author of several books, and as a columnist for Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, and The New Yorker. He has also been named on of the 100 leading public intellectuals in the world by Foreign Policy and Prospect magazines.
