Located on a cobblestone street where Vestry turns into Laight Street. There is a walking bridge connecting Tribeca to SoHo steps away. “The Cobblestone Loft” was built in 1891 as a warehouse and converted to 32 residential condominiums in 2000. There are seven stories.

NYE provided professional on call MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the building. provided on-call MEP/FP engineering consultation for 28 Laight Street. This included site surveys, inspections, preparation of reports, design services, Construction Administration, and general advice to the Board for capital planning.
