NYE provided professional consulting engineering services for gas cooking engineering survey. The 700 ft2 café currently had an existing 250 cfh gas meter. This survey contained analysis to move all items to electric to use the entire gas service for the stove top. The gas fired heating coil was removed. VRF was added with cutsheet provided by . Gas fired domestic hot water heater was removed and an electric water heater was added, with cutsheet provided by .
