Cobble Hill Towers

Cobble Hill Towers is comprised of nine 6-story buildings facing Warren, Hicks and Baltic Street. Built in 1879 and renovated and modernized throughout the years, the buildings are architecturally unique.

NYE provided professional mechanical engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of preparing as-built’s of dual fuel (gas/oil) boiler installation.  We checked contractor’s installation, including gas pipe sizing, combustion air intake, flue sizing, and gas valve train, and flue material.
