Heritage Health and Housing

Heritage Health and Housing’s Harry Simmon’s Residence has undergone a number of renovations in recent years; the most recent of which was performed by NY Engineers. The renovation involved major façade improvements in order to maintain the 140-bed building in tiptop shape.

The renovations were in compliance with Local Law 11. This project was funded by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
