How We Helped 201-203 East Broadway

We provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the construction. The project consists of full MEP/FP services for the new 20,000 ft2 mixed-use residential building, consisting of 10 residential units (2 units each on floors 2-5 and 1 unit each on floors 6 & 7) and 2 ground floor restaurants. Restaurants shall be designed as white box spaces for fit-out by future tenants. NY Engineers shall interface and coordinate with modular home builder NRB. The sound studio in the cellar is not included within the scope.
