NY Engineers provided comprehensive MEP engineering consulting services for a duplex renovation at 52 West 70th Street in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of New York City. The project involved the renovation of a duplex apartment encompassing the first floor and cellar level.

Our scope of work included the design of a split air-conditioning system; relocation of plumbing for two existing bathrooms and the kitchen; evaluation of the feasibility of introducing gas service to the apartment for a gas range; electrical design associated with new interior partitions and lighting layout; and the design of patio drainage for the newly created lower level, coordinated to connect with the existing upper-level drainage system.
