How We Helped Restaurant Renovation - Upper East Side

The project consists of renovating the approximately 3,500 ft2 space across the ground floor and cellar to host a high end restaurant. This shall entail: Mechanical - New ducting at existing ceiling hung evaporators at first floor restaurant space. - New fresh intake air unit - HVAC design at cellar; - New kitchen hood, make up air and exhaust duct to roof, to new units on upper roof. - New condensers on new steel dunnage on upper roof to serve kitchen equipment. Plumbing - In the cellar, existing sanitary drainage that has been installed under slab by building. - New waterlines for all kitchen equipment in cellar and first floor. - New gas main required through Con Ed, loads need to be calculated for this. Electrical - New electrical throughout. - New electrical for all equipment, HVAC, and lighting throughout Fire Supression - Fire alarm – connect to existing building system.
