New York Engineers was hired to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection consulting engineering services for the gut renovation of the previously existing space, a two floor white box events hall, with space for 170 seated guests. The project required HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems to be installed. Electrical systems included light and power, as well as intercom, television, security, and telecommunication systems. In addition, a complete commercial kitchen was designed, and gas utility service was upgraded.
