NYE provided MEP professional consulting engineering services for the project. Approximately 2000 sf of ground floor apartments and cellar space was renovated into commercial tenant white box space for future tenant fit out. A new gas service was brought to the building for tenant use. The tenant had separate gas and electric meters. Existing electric service remained. A new garbage compactor was vented per code.
