PROJECT INFORMATION

Built in 1929 by renowned architect Rosario Candela, this Pre-War Co-Op building is built with 92 apartments that overlook lower Fifth Avenue and many landmarked churches. At the very top of the 15-story building is a landscaped rooftop that boasts beautiful views of the Village. Located in what is known as the “Gold Coast,” it is a highly coveted neighborhood with many celebrity residents and is surrounded by a high concentration of historic townhouses and co-ops. It is also within walking distance to SoHo, meatpacking district, Chelsea, and Flatiron.

NY Engineers performed electrical upgrades in order to allow more service in order to accommodate apartment modernizations, such as air conditioning.
